Terms of service

1.The service

Leadwren is an online tool for collecting, organising and following up on sales leads. It includes a lead list, a pipeline, tasks, notifications, analytics and connections to channels such as website forms, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Lead Ads.

2.Accounts and workspaces

Each business works in its own workspace. The person who creates a workspace is its owner and can invite teammates as admins or members. You are responsible for who you invite and for keeping your sign-in details safe.

You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.

3.Free trial, plans and payment

New workspaces start with a free trial. No card is needed for the trial. When it ends, the workspace becomes read-only until a plan is chosen, but new leads continue to arrive.

Paid plans are billed in advance each month. Prices are shown in shekels and include VAT, and a tax invoice is issued for each payment. If a payment fails, the workspace keeps working for a short grace period before it becomes read-only.

4.Acceptable use

Use Leadwren only for leads who contacted your business or agreed to be contacted. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your messages, including Israeli rules on advertising messages and the policies of the channels you connect.

Don't use Leadwren to send spam, to harass anyone, to store data you have no right to hold, or to try to access another workspace or disrupt the service.

5.Your data

The leads, messages, notes and other content in your workspace belong to your business. We process them only to provide Leadwren to you, as described in the privacy policy.

Owners and admins can delete leads and other content at any time.

6.Connected channels

When you connect WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or another service, your use of that service is also subject to its own terms. Leadwren can only receive and send what those services allow, and a channel may stop working if its provider changes or revokes access.

7.Cancellation and deletion

You can cancel your plan at any time from the billing page. It stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.

Owners and admins can delete leads. A deleted lead can be restored for 30 days and is then removed permanently.

8.Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep Leadwren available and secure, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features over time, and we will tell you in advance about changes that significantly reduce what your plan includes.

9.Liability

Leadwren is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will let workspace owners know before it takes effect. Continuing to use Leadwren after that means you accept the updated terms.
