Privacy policy

Last updated September 26, 2026

This policy explains what information Leadwren collects, why, where it is kept and what choices you have.

1.Who is responsible for what

For your own account (your name, email and settings), Leadwren decides how the information is used.

For the leads and messages in your workspace, your business decides, and Leadwren processes that information on your behalf only to provide the service.

2.What we collect

Account details: your name, email address, language and the workspaces you belong to.

Workspace content: leads and their contact details, messages from connected channels, notes, tasks and activity history.

Billing details: your plan and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider, and Leadwren never sees or stores them.

Demo requests: if you ask for a demo, the details you enter so we can contact you.

Technical information: basic logs such as IP addresses and error reports, used to keep the service secure and working.

3.How we use it

To provide Leadwren: showing your leads, sending the messages you write, sending you notifications, and billing your plan.

To keep Leadwren secure, for example by limiting abusive form submissions.

We don't sell personal information, and we don't use your workspace content for advertising.

4.Where your data is stored

Workspace data is stored on servers in the European Union. Some of the providers listed below may process limited information outside the EU under appropriate safeguards.

5.Service providers

Leadwren relies on a small number of providers: a hosting and database provider, an authentication provider for sign-in, a payment provider for subscriptions, an invoicing provider for Israeli tax invoices, an email provider for invitations, and Meta for the WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook channels you choose to connect. Each receives only what it needs to do its part.

6.How long we keep it

We keep workspace data while the workspace is active. A deleted lead can be restored for 30 days and is then removed permanently. Demo requests are deleted after a year. Technical logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted.

7.Security

Each workspace is separated from every other at the database level. Connections are encrypted, and access tokens for connected channels are stored encrypted. Only the people you invite can see your workspace.

8.Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information. If you are a lead of a business that uses Leadwren, please contact that business first, since it controls your information; we will help it answer your request.

9.Cookies

Leadwren uses only the cookies it needs to work: to keep you signed in, to remember your workspace, language and theme, and to remember whether the sidebar is open. We don't use advertising cookies.

10.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. If a change is significant, we will let workspace owners know before it takes effect.
